If all countries except for Australia, Canada, NZ, U.S., and most EU countries disappeared from Earth, would there ever be any international war again?

I think international wars will cease to exist, not because these countries are "mature" or more developed but for the simple fact that the majority of them has a nuclear arsenal or is allied with said countries.

And no leader or general elected by a majority people would be that crazy to start a nuclear war
