Theoretical situation: All countries except for some (list below), along with their territories and people, disappear from Earth. Will there ever be any international war again? The countries that stay on Earth are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States (only countries with the "very high human development" status are in the list).

I think these countries alone would be mature enough as nations to not provoke/start any international wars ever again Religious extremists would have to disappear also, then I think there would be no international wars again Religious extremists and all people from certain religions would have to disappear as well, then I think there would be no international wars again Yes, I think an international war would sooner or later occur see voting resultssaving...

I think international wars will cease to exist, not because these countries are "mature" or more developed but for the simple fact that the majority of them has a nuclear arsenal or is allied with said countries.

And no leader or general elected by a majority people would be that crazy to start a nuclear war
