Is the 5 years of prison for false rape report a proper sentence?

As someone who has been a rape victim, this kind of thing boils my blood! It is SO HARD for actual victims to come forward, and move through the justice system. People like this make it even harder and damage the credibility of real victims. She deserves the sentence.
