The title is comic. This bill should be titled Untransparent Airfares Act of 2014. The current rules say that all taxes and fees must be included. What this "transparent" bill does is changing it, so the taxes are not included and you don't know the final price until you are on the very last step of the ordering process. It would bring a lot of confusion, it would be very complicated to compare the prices. I guess Mr. Bill Shuster received some substantial bribe from some lobby to introduce this bill. It should be strongly opposed.
