Could you love a girl who is not physically attractive to you?

I think I could. There are women I've known who are really smart and some who are smart, and funny, and fun to be around that I didn't find physically attractive, but I was attracted to them. Unfortunately for me, someone had already seen what I saw in them and married them before I even met them.
