When it comes to abortion, there is only one person who gets the final say- the mother. In a way, men who have consensual sex with a women relinquish their right to this argument by the very act. It isn't the male body that will have to deal with the consequences of pregnancy. Now weather men should have the right to opt out of parenthood, that's a different matter.
