No, and even if this were to become law it would be ruled unconstitutional almost right away. As a conservative, I find this kind of non-sense embarrassing. You might not agree with abortion but the choice isn't yours. I also find it funny that those the say abortion should be illegal, never give money to raise said baby after it's born.

I have yet to find ONE person who is against abortion that, when questioned closely, don't refer to religion or god. Since this is a law to basically enforce a religious edict, then shouldn't we pass other laws based on religion, even if they are Christian ones? Stoning for adultery? Killing a disobedient child? Deuteronomy 21:18-21 something to think about.
