S.J.Res.19 - A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to contributions and expenditures intended to affect elections.

I do not support this bill or any bill that restricts Americans from being able to spend what ever they want on the person they choose to stand behind. I would however support a bill that would prevent anyone from another country from being able to contribute one dollar to any one running on the ticket and an American election. China and Clinton which is why they now have the ability to hit American with a rocket.
