What are the most important elements in the success of a video game?

I doubt anyone would choose downloadable content, voice acting or multiplayer elements over overall gameplay. And overall gameplay includes almost all other options... What's missing is "Innovation". Let's say No Man's Sky. I don't think this game will have good gameplay, but its success is already guaranteed due to innovation. Out of 3 I choose naturally gameplay, graphics and others.
