General info:
If you're not familiar with the items database, please have a look. Elements:
Year - Usually the "created year". If not applicable, just leave it blank. If you don't know the exact date, you can skip the month/day.
Country - If not applicable, just leave it blank.
Active - Applicable only to real things that are produced/supported/etc. for some period of time (otherwise just leave it checked). For example, Ferrari 125 is no longer produced and Windows XP is no longer supported, so they are not active. Things like music, movies, games, etc. are always active.
Item link - Applicable only to things that should be presented by something more than image + description (usually leave it blank). It should be a link to the item (not just describing it). E.g. if the item is a video, add a link to the website with this video. Don't put links to Wikipedia unless the item is Wikipedia. Don't put links to websites which require users to pay or to be signed in to view the item. If the item is an image/picture, leave it blank, but upload the image. If the item is a movie/video game/etc., put a link to its official trailer.
Higher/lower items - Optional. If the item you add is created by some person, this person is the higher item. E.g. if you add a movie, the higher item is anyone from the crew and cast. If the item you add is a "part" of another item; e.g. if you add a song, the higher item is the album (and the composer, the lyrics writer, etc.). If you add a lyrics item, the higher item is the song, etc. If the item you add is from the same "series"; e.g. if the item is Toy Story, the lower item is Toy Story 2 (the one created first is higher).
Lower items - Optional. A lower item to a person is any item the person was or has been involved in creating. Any item the person is known for. A person cannot have higher items.
