Yes, keeping in mind the difference between spanking and beating. Also keeping in mind that may be the last time you'll see your child if Child Protective Services finds out. Their 20 days of training makes my 64 years of life useless. I only raised 3 kids and took in a homeless 14 year old boy for 8 years. Question should be 'should we let the police do their job', which they have significant training at, or not shoot cps on sight. So what does legal mean. It sure doesn't mean Constitutional or this question would not have been asked.in the 1st place.
