I rated Labour as a 1. I would do so again as well. It seems invariably that Labour preside over (and partly cause) the domestic problems that Conservative governments inherit. For example, there is not a single Labour government which has left office with lower unemployment than when it came to office, not lower taxes. Not only that but, to take their last government into particular account, they came to office in a country with a balancing budget, historically low unemployment and a strong economy. They took credit for all of this in their early years before spending like there was no tomorrow from 2002. Britain then lost its hard earned surplus and has never balanced the books since. The constant stream of failures have left me resolved to practically never vote for them or support them. Their governments stink and they cause a lot of suffering and hardship.
