Fallout 4 vs. Skyrim - which game is better?

In my opinion they're different genres you can't compare sniping a super mutant from a mountain to shouting to a dragon and setting it on fire you get me ? In my opinion because of it's newer release, fallout has more game mechanics to offer like crafting ( more profound ). Meanwhile you could say that Skyrim has a deeper storyline and background.
