Adderall as a drug to increase energy levels ad hoc (when taken occasionally)

I once took Adderall and didn't sleep the entire night. It was 40 degrees out and I was running around outside in my underwear because I just felt like I had to DO something. I was also hearing things that probably weren't there and overreacting to normal small noises.
