No.

Immigration should be legal as a human right. Except for cases where a person is a clear threat and should be deported or face criminal charges, temporary issues of quarantine, or other issues like that, the right to seek work must be as sacrosanct as any other right. It is a foundation of capitalistic systems.

The social problems associated with immigration are best solved by rapid citizenship and other reforms. A wall is unfeasible and vile.
