Will human race ever die off, and if so, when?

No one can predict this for certainty aside from the fact that, near as we can tell, entropy is relatively absolute for all purposes that matter to people. Barring the ability to reverse entropy, humans will likely die out within a timeframe at most measured in billions of years.
