Do you condone or condemn the actions of Edward Snowden with regards to the leaking of classified information from the NSA to the mainstream media in June of 2013?

Snowden didn't even read everything he leaked. Nor could one expect him to, however leaking one thing at a time after reading it and understanding its contents to make the informed decision on whether or not to leak the information contained or to black out information would have been much more beneficial.
