From my experience I can tell you that no. I never experienced anything from taking multivitamins. Maybe that's because I generally eat healthy and my body doesn't need any supplementation. I know that we live in a fast world, but supplementation won't substitute healthy meals for you. And if you eat healthy, you don't need it.
