Yes. The majority depends on charity from the european governments.

I do assume that. It means less resources for the actual residents on said countries. And as someone who saw them vandalizing the train stations and buses they came in, I do think they are not going to be profitable for the governments.

Did you see that on tv, or in real life?
I think the same of travelling foreign soccer-hooligans (being unprofitable for the government I mean) who trash local property, yet are actually mistaken for foreign - specifically Muslim - asylum seekers (by newsbroadcasters from other countries <- this actually happened).
If you see this, would you ban soccer matches altogether? I bet those people have jobs.
