No.
As repellent as ISIS' flag is and as awful as the idea that it represents are, no symbol should be given the power to take away our freedom.

Yes, most definitely.
Symbols can be as dangerous as actual weapons. Perhaps even more.
Back in Nazi Germany, the Blutfahne, or Blood Flag, was an extremely important symbol for the Nazi party. It was shown often and was used as a propaganda tool in a most efficient manner. It boosted the morale of those who believed in the Nazi regime and everything it cautioned.
Banning a symbol such as the ISIS flag is also symbolic in nature. It means that we will not tolerate those who honor the acts of barbarians. Those who carry the ISIS flags are murderers, rapists, torturers. They are committing atrocities as we speak. If you have the ISIS flag or if you glorify it, then you are approving of the acts perpetrated by these sick individuals.
No, then we can know who supports ISIS. It probably would only be parodically displayed anyway though
I have to disagree, i think it should be illegal to honor the flag of an enemy to the united states, or any civilized nation, but i do think there should be an exception made for parody and art in general provided that it is not supportive of said enemy "state" or anything they stand for, and not every isis member is going to make a show of displaying the flag, therefor it would just give people a false sense of security and as such could allow some to slip through the cracks who might have otherwise been reported, remember, the 9/11 hijackers weren't dressed in tunics and/or turbans, they were dressed like us so that we would let our guard down.
All flags of every hostile foreign government should be banned from being displayed in the United States of America. Islam is a hostile foreign government. Islam is not a religion. It is a hostile foreign government called a theocracy. The religious tenets of all theocracies are their rule of law.
